Seniors + Children's Week 2024: Suminigashi and Artists' Books

Celebrating Seniors Week, Children's Week and the Unbound exhibition at QVMAG, come and enjoy this fun creative workshop: Suminigashi and Artists Books!

Bring the grandchildren along to celebrate Seniors Week and Children's Week and enjoy creating marbled prints using inks using the age old japanese art of Suminigashi. Turn your prints into a creative masterpiece using different techniques to create an artists book to take home.

For beginners or those with some experience, this workshop is for everyone. Come along and meet some new people while enjoying the creative process and creating an artists book to take home you can be proud of.

Tickets are free but registrations are essential, all materials provided, children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
